- CoreConnect Community Broadband, Northwest Pennsylvania: 2,700-route-mile open-access network across 10 counties, financed through a purpose-built 501(c)(3).
- Vineland Municipal Broadband Utility, New Jersey: feasibility, utility stand-up, CPF grant support, engineering and construction for city-wide FTTH.
